Forming Your Winning Team:  Prior to the event, a modified sports event is chosen for competition.  Friendly, interactive icebreakers set the stage for athletes to engage in sportsmanlike competition.  Teams band together to create team spirit by creating their team names, cheers, banners and mascots. 

Workouts:  Before you can win, your team needs to prepare, and teams will be challenged through group activities to improve their performance.  It’s more than a physical exercise, in fact, a winning strategy in tournament play is determining how best to use your players.  Everyone has a role to play in achieving victory. 

Games On:  Depending on time constraints, teams compete in round robin or single elimination formats until a winner emerges as the Tournament  Champion. 

Post-Game Interviews:  Everyone wants to know the secrets of your success.  Our post-game wrap-up allows each team to tell the folks back home what made you the champions you are today.

Awards Ceremony:  The teams have performed and the scores have been recorded.  It’s time to recognize all the team winners.
