Ready for your event? Look over the following check list and see. |
- Have you sent Group Dynamix a signed event agreement? If you have not sent in your event agreement kindly, fax it to us at 972-416-8992. If you have not received your event agreement, please email us at info@groupdynamix.com.
- Have all the participants in your group received waiver forms, and are they aware that the forms need to be signed to participate in a Group Dynamix event? Participants under the age of 18 need waivers signed by their parents or legal guardians.
- Are all the participants in your group aware that they need to wear proper clothes and toe covered shoes?
- Are you aware that a final head count of your group is due 14 days prior to the event date?
- And finally, have you paid your deposit? The deposit amount can be found on your event agreement. If you have not paid, please pay by Pay Pal or credit card below.
