Program types
Every event at GDX can be programmed to deliver a different outcome. "Fun" is certainly a key outcome and we achieve that as a rule, but often our customers have additional needs that we address by customizing our programs. There are four types of programs that can be applied to our events, each having a distinct approach and result. As the colors below suggest, there is a range of program intensity that gives our customers a lot of choices in deciding the best event for their groups.

Using adventure, survival, sports and other themes, we combine a friendly twist of competition with unusual team challenges and activities that create a fun, interactive event that everyone enjoys. |

Do you want to build a more unified, cohesive and supportive team? Then sign up for one of our TeamConnect programs. Using themed events as well as “Key-Note” teambuilding activities, we challenge members to think and work as an effective team. The experience is debriefed so that members can apply what they experienced to their lives and workplace.

Need to identify and remove obstacles that are blocking effective teamwork? Our TeamWork programs are designed for teams that want to tackle the tough issues that affect motivation and effective teamwork such as Trust, Communication, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results. Assessment tools may be used to help members uncover and remove barriers to successful teamwork. Throughout the program, members are challenged to solve team problems and make decisions that improve team results. All activities are customized around the issues that are blocking your team's success.
